Who is my contracting partner?
Your contracting partner depends on your country and the product type. The correct entity is shown during checkout, as defined in our GTC.
In which currency will I be charged?
Online purchases are charged in CHF or EUR, depending on the region you select during checkout.
Can my billing and shipping addresses differ?
Yes — you may use different billing and delivery addresses.
Can prices change?
Yes. Prices may be adjusted at any time. The price shown at checkout is the final applicable price.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
Racing Unleashed may decline an order at its sole discretion (as stated in the GTC).

What is the return policy for webshop merchandise?
- Material defects: must be reported within 5 days of purchasing the item.
Defective items are repaired or replaced (no further claims).
- Webshop returns (non-defect): possible within 14 days of the purchase, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Are return shipping costs covered?
No — return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Which vouchers are available?
Ride Vouchers, Package Vouchers (Raceday / Share) and Value Vouchers.
How long are vouchers valid?
Unless stated otherwise, vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Where can I redeem vouchers?
Vouchers can be redeemed only in the country where they were purchased and only in participating Racing Unleashed Lounges.
Can I redeem vouchers in the webshop?
- Value Vouchers: lounge use only (rides, F&B, merch) — not redeemable in the webshop.
- Ride & Package Vouchers: redeemable via online ride booking or directly in the lounge.
Can vouchers be partially redeemed?
Yes — remaining credit stays valid until the voucher expires (unless technically restricted).
Can I transfer a voucher to someone else?
Yes — vouchers may be transferred unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Can I use a Value Voucher to buy merchandise?
Yes — but only inside Racing Unleashed Lounges.
What if my item is defective?
Defects must be reported within 5 days of the purchase. We repair or replace the item. Further claims are excluded.
Who pays for shipping?
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Can I purchase simulators internationally?
Yes — simulators and technical equipment are available internationally.
What is included when I purchase a simulator?
Simulators follow a dedicated project process (configuration, planning, delivery, installation). Details are provided on the product page and in your purchase agreement.
What warranty applies?
Technical equipment is warranted to be free from material defects at delivery.
Standard warranty period: 12 months, unless stated otherwise.
Are returns accepted?
Material defects must be reported within 5 days of purchasing the item. Defective items are repaired or replaced (no further claims).
Who installs the simulator?
Installation and setup responsibilities are defined in the purchase agreement, and in most cases installation is included in the purchase. But unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for correct installation and setup.
How is software delivered?
As an on-premises version — delivered as object code (download or physical media). No source code included.
Can I install the software myself?
Yes — installation is the customer’s responsibility.
Are updates or support included?
No — updates and support require a separate agreement.
Are software returns allowed?
Software follows the return rules for technical equipment unless agreed otherwise.
What are the age and height requirements?
- Minimum age: 13 years
- Height: 1.55 m – 2.05 m
- Maximum weight: 110 kg
Do I need prior experience?
No — our team supports all levels, from beginners to pros.
Can I be denied access for safety reasons?
Yes — access may be refused if safety instructions are not followed or in case of impairment (alcohol/substances).
Are pets allowed in the lounges?
No – due to safety and health reasons, pets are not allowed in our lounges.
Can I book a private or corporate event?
Yes — events can be arranged via our lounges or online inquiry.
What happens if I cancel an event?
Cancellation fees apply (as % of the total event price):
- More than 7 days before the event: 25%
- 7–3 days before the event: 50%
- Less than 3 days before the event: 100%
- No-show: 100%
Do guests need to accept safety rules?
Yes — all participants must accept our Health & Safety Instructions before riding. The rules are part of our General Terms and Conditions.
