A Value Voucher can be used toward online ride bookings and anything purchased in our lounges — including rides, Food & Beverage, and merchandise.
Can I use a Value Voucher in the webshop?
No — Value Vouchers cannot be redeemed in the webshop. They are valid only for online ride bookings and in-lounge purchases.
How do I redeem my voucher?
Enter your voucher code during the online ride booking checkout or show it directly in the lounge. Walk-ins are also possible, depending on lounge availability.
Can I combine multiple Value Vouchers?
Yes — Value Vouchers can be accumulated. You can use more than one for the same purchase.
Can the voucher be used in multiple visits?
Yes — remaining credit stays active and can be used at a later time.
Where can I redeem the voucher?
Book your preferred timeslot via our online booking tool and select “Pay in the Lounge” at checkout. Then simply bring your voucher with you and our team will redeem it on site. Walk-ins are also possible, depending on lounge availability.
